    Is the 24/7 line really 24/7?+
    Yes, a person from our team, not an answering service. At 3am you'll get first-aid steps for your exact situation on the phone (shut-off, breaker, what to move), and a truck if it can't wait for morning.
    Do you charge just to come out?+
    Daytime visits with a quote are free. After 10pm there's one posted call-out fee, and we waive it completely if you have us do the repair. No hourly meters, ever.
    Can I just use a chemical drain cleaner?+
    Please don't, it rarely clears the real blockage and it eats older pipes and traps from the inside. A proper machine clearing is a posted flat price and actually removes what's in there.
    How fast can you get here?+
    Emergencies: about 45 minutes on average across the metro. Standard repairs: usually same or next day. You get a real time window and a text when we're on the way, not a "sometime Thursday".
    What's covered by your warranty?+
